NBAU training and coaching programs are designed to give participants the tools and confidence you need to tell their story, advance their agenda and earn trust across a range of scenarios. This is a safe space to experiment, reflect and challenge yourself so you can elevate your impact. Our modules combine practical and theoretical content with interactive exercises, simulations, feedback and playback.

Proactive crisis management training – “Copying with wicked messes” – to build capacity to manage different scenarios before, during and after crises.

Crisis decision exercises, simulations, “pre-mortems” and structured “post-mortem” debriefs to look ahead, manage evolving risks, set appropriate preparedness strategies and build resilience.

Conversational excellence training for all employees to recognize and overcome conversational blind spots and build trust.

Communication excellence lunch-and-learns to empower diverse employees to align their communication intentions and impact to nurture strong teams, foster inclusion and create conversational safe spaces.
